What to expect from end of lease cleaning

Bond cleaning is a detailed move-out clean planned against your property’s condition and the room-by-room scope agreed with your cleaner.

Explain the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas that need attention. List carpet steam cleaning, external windows and any other extras separately. Cleaning does not guarantee a bond refund: your agent or landlord assesses the tenancy and other obligations too.

Before your cleaner arrives

Share bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, access and the handover date. Include the agent’s checklist or condition report and arrange an empty property where practical. Eligible re-clean support is subject to the Customer Terms and does not limit consumer rights.
