Information you give us

When you request a quote we collect the details you enter in the quote form, such as your name, contact details, property address, the services you need and your preferred dates. We use this to arrange your quote and booking and to share the job details with the cleaning professional you book.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google. To understand which ads lead to quote requests we use Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics on this website. These tools set cookies and receive information such as the pages you visit, whether you submitted a quote request or tapped our phone number, your approximate location, device and browser details, and the Google ad click identifier if you arrived from an ad. The recipient of this data is Google (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC), used for measuring ad performance and improving how our ads are shown. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and your choices

Advertising measurement is switched off entirely for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada, and wherever we cannot determine the visitor's location. Elsewhere, you can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser, by using Google's ad settings, or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
